The Elections and Appointments Guide has been updated to include a revised version of the Checklist 2, “Ballot Results” that was approved by the Commission at the December 5th Business Meeting. The Checklist was updated to reconcile confusion and simplify how disqualified ballots are tallied upon the counting of ballots. The EF-2 form has also been updated to reflect the changes to the checklist. As a reminder, Checklist 2 is to be kept by the CD for your records and the EF-2 must be submitted to the Commission no later than 14 days after your election.
Checklist 2 can be found in the appendices of the guide. In addition, a standalone version of Checklist 2 can be found here and on the "Elections Administrators" page on the SCC website.
