A mail-in-only election for an open position on the District Board of Supervisors will be held on March 4, 2025. Eligible voters are registered voters who reside within the boundaries of the District. The last time voters can request ballots be mailed to them from the District is 4:30 PM, February 11, 2025. Ballots can be requested from the Kittitas County Conservation District by calling 925-3352 ext. 1 or visiting https://www.kccd.net/elections for a link to an online form. Between February 12 and March 4, 2025 ballots may continue to be requested but only in person at the District office (2211 W Dolarway Road Suite 4, Ellensburg) during business hours (8 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday).To be counted, ballots returned by mail must be postmarked no later than Election Day, March 4, 2025. Ballots returned by other means must be returned to 2211 W Dolarway Road, Suite 4, Ellensburg WA 98926 no later than 4:30 PM on Election Day, March 4, 2025.

Kittitas County Conservation District, in partnership with the Yakama Nation, is working to restore fish and wildlife habitats, improve water quality, and ensure agricultural water supply through projects in the Upper Yakima River watershed, including pipeline installations and planting trees and shrubs.
