Franklin CD is holding an in-person and mail-in election for a supervisor position. The physical, poll-site election will be open from 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at 1724 E Superior St, Pasco, WA 99301. The Franklin Conservation District promotes the conservation & wise use of natural resources by providing educational, technical and financial assistance to natural resource users.
District board meets the third Tuesday of the month from 12-2pm at Michael Jay's Restaurant in Connell.
