Eastern Klickitat Conservation District is holding an in-person election for a supervisor position on Feb. 25, 2025. The poll site will be open from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Alder Creek Grange Hall #890, 304 E. Market St., Bickleton WA 99322. Sustainable agriculture requires smart stewardship of the lands we manage. The Eastern Klickitat Conservation District’s duty is to assist our community members with their soil health, water, cropping, range, and timber lands challenges.
Meets the fourth Tuesday of each month, at 7:00 pm (March-October) and 6:00 pm (November-February) at the Bickleton Fire Hall. All meetings will be held in person unless a special call-in meeting is arranged.
Eastern Klickitat Conservation District has successfully conserved 3,000 acres of grazing rangeland through conservation easements, helping to protect vital farm and ranch lands from development with funding from Washington's Recreation and Conservation Office.
