The Washington State Conservation Commission (SCC) is issuing this Competitive Solicitation pursuant to RCW 39.26. Pursuant to this Competitive Solicitation, SCC intends to conduct a competitive procurement to award an Agency Contract for SCC to purchase services associated with providing facilitation service for the Washington State Food Policy Forum.
Any vendor interested in bidding on this contract should have expert knowledge and/or prior experience in the areas of Washington State food systems policy, Washington State local and state government agencies, Washington state agricultural and food access stakeholders, non-governmental organizations, expert group facilitation and coordination of politically-appointed councils and forums, community engagement, and in building trust with stakeholders across controversial issues. A vendor may subcontract any portion of the work to meet the required qualifications below; if relevant, any such subcontractor must be identified and described in the proposal and bid response.
