Conservation district photo contest captures spectrum of Washington natural resources, farmland

The Washington State Conservation Commission (SCC) is pleased to announce winners of the 2021 Conservation District Photo Contest. The three winning photos were among around 80 entries submitted by conservation district (CD) staff and board members that show the people, natural resources, and farmland that are at the heart of voluntary conservation work.

The annual Conservation District Photo Contest is sponsored by the SCC Communications, Partnership, and Outreach Committee — a group of CD staff and board members working to make it easier for all CDs to spread the word about who they are and the services they offer.
